Day 155 Groundwork
Groundwork started, electricity duct from new ESB pole at road to where the esb box at the side of house will be located. Water pipe and power cable for submersible pump from well to house buried. These run back to the garage where out 150 litre pressure tank will be located. This will provide pressure to bot the hot and cold water systems.

Day 156 Groundwork & Plumbing first fix
Plumber started first fix. Trench started for heat array this runs from back of garage for 150 metres down into marshland behind the house. The wet ground will be a good conductor for the geothermal energy into the collector pipe. There are actually 2 trenches side by side in a L shape. They will have 300meters of pipe in each.
